Medical engineering services by Rayan Healthcare Infra

The comprehensive consulting solutions in medical engineering for prefabricated and pre-engineered structures include the following areas:
  • Modular operating theatres (MOT): The surgical rooms are designed to boost the efficiency, safety, and convenience of the patients and the staff. Our design options include modular and semi-modular operation rooms, which adhere to the NABH recommendations and standards. The modularity of our design means that the surgical rooms can be adapted to meet the specific needs of each patient. The operating rooms are available in a variety of finishes so that they can be matched with the décor of the hospital. The operating rooms can be equipped with surgical and anaesthesia pendants, operating LED lights, hydraulic operating tables, electro-surgical equipment, etc. We have the necessary expertise to zone the entire operating complex to maximise efficiency and convenience.
  • Medical gas pipeline Systems: To provide the patients with necessary medical gases, a hospital’s medical gas pipeline system is designed with zone isolation valves that help to ensure that the gases are non-toxic and seamless. Additionally, the manifold system and LMO plant include a control panel, banking panels, LMO, and concentrators. Pendants are available as rigid/swivel arm types or double/single arm types. All of the pendants are either imported or indigenously made and sourced as per the requirements. The medical gas outlets are either imported or indigenous, with DIN/BS standards. Accessories include BPC oxygen flowmeters, suction jars, and regulators.
  • Critical care areas:The critical care departments of hospitals are designed meticulously to be conducive to healing and recovery. The design should be easy for healthcare professionals to provide care, calming and relaxing for the patients, and spacious to hold the equipment used in critical care areas. From all kinds of ICUs to emergency rooms and even dialysis units, we ensure customised and required designs as per the hospital’s needs.

Or a CSSD is a critical part of any hospital, as it is responsible for ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are clean and sterile. As per the NABH norms, we ensure a unidirectional workflow pattern to safeguard efficiency and accuracy. The department is equipped with an ETO steriliser, a horizontal autoclave, a flash autoclave, an automated washer disinfector, an ultrasonic cleaner and much more to meet the requirements of the NABH.

We understand the nuances and technicalities of each hospital zone and provide the best consultations in compliance with all stakeholders.

  • Healthcare furniture and fixtures: Healthcare furniture and fixtures come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit the needs of different departments in a hospital. Some departments, such as wards and operating rooms, may require specialised furniture and fixtures that are specifically designed for that area. Other areas, such as the outpatient department or ICU, may require different types of furniture and fixtures that are better suited to their specific needs. Hospitals need to identify the specific needs of each department and find the right healthcare furniture and fixtures to match those needs. This will help to ensure that patients receive the best possible care in a comfortable and functional environment.
